quick version:

got soundstream amp.

didn't work.

sent back to millionbuy.

they told me they've had a few of these returned.

i decided to get a power acoustik instead.

power acoustik shows up today and doesn't work.

wiring, subs, etc are all ok. these amp are broken.

the power acoustik just goes into protect when it turns on and won't come out.

all this and it has been over a month with no working amp.

i had to pay shipping both ways when i returned the sound stream and got the power acoustik.

if i want an exchange i'll have to pay shipping both ways again (and wait another 3 weeks).

too late to get a refund because it's been more than 14 days since my original (sound stream) purchase.

manufacturer recommends dealing with millionbuy.

any suggestions on how i should handle this or what i should do?
