I'm going to make my own custom CAI for my car, since no one makes a bolt on kit. I am needing to know if anyone knows a place in the midwest that I can get mandrel bent tubing for a fair price? It's 3.5In tubing, so it's not going to be the cheapest I know that.

just look for a custom car shop in your area. anyone that does custom exhaust can probably do that.
