Custom sub questions

So I am going to have some custom 18s made for me(most likely by PSI), but I have a few questions. I am using it for an SPL application with demos for sure. My class I compete in only allows 2 18s and 4000 watts clamped. My wall I have built is roughly 12.5 cubic feet after displacement

How should I go about picking a magnet/motor?

What should I look for basket wise? (my cutout in my wall is 16 7/8)

Anything else I should be looking for?
