Custom Solobaric Ported Box??

i was thinkin the same.....but i have very limited space in my mustang.......

i used to have 2 s12l7's in a sealed box in my previous mustang with about 1.1 cu ft per sub....but i wanna go ported this time around.

would you say that one solobaric in this ported box would sound as good or better than 2 solobarics in that sealed box?

x3 on building it your self and if you mess some thing up that how you learn . i know i learned allot when i was building mine

but do you think that a 2.0 cu ft ported box is not too small for the s12l7? I was told by some intsallers that it will be fine and will hit better and lower than any sealed L7.......then others tell me that I need to have at least a 3.00 cu ft box, and to go with a ported 10" instead since my trunk is not very big?

kicker says 3.0 for small 4.5 for mid and 6.0

so my guess is it is way too small
