custom sized speaker adapters?

I realized that CDT EF61's are irregularly sized. I have stock 6x8 openings but i need to convert it to 6.5 with a 5.75-6" cutout instead of 5.25. Unfortunately I lack the tools to make one out of MDF. Does anyone know where I can get get a plastic one? or where I can get one made?

MIke from AMI Creations sells ones made out of 1/2 MDF for about $20/pair. I believe he is a member here. I bought from him over on CACO.
