Custom fitting?

I have a 2001 Tahoe, i was looking at the Pioneer Primeir's 720prs's cause i have read countless good reviews on them.

Will they need any kind of custom work done to get them installed into my vehicle? it will be a larger speaker compared to my current speakers (some old kenwood excelons.

Or is it as easy as just cutting the current hole to a larger diameter?

take an air saw, or jig, and open the area up a little, shouldnt be too hard.
