Custom fiberglass box volume? (pictures)

My 1042W requires 0.75 cubic for a sealed enclosure, 1.75 for a ported one, so for a 12 it should be (considering it's 1 cubic for a 12) probably something like 2 cubic foot maybe ?

btw - foam will NOT absorb any bass dude. if anything it will deaden the inside of the box and create less resonances.

how about you just fill it with foam the right way. wood will be way to hard to work right.
