Custom Cap Bus Bar!

COPPER BUS BARS ARE MOST COMMONLY USED, ALTHOUGH IT MIGHT NOT LOOKS AS GOOD AS A GOLD OR CHROME PLATED BAR. IF YOU REQUIRE REALLY THICK BARS, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO GET IT EITHER MACHINED OR BENT BY MACHINES.

P.S. it's rude to type on the net with caps on. It's seen as shouting. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

well first off....all those caps are going to be useless unless your charging system is already up to par.....but to answer your question.....copper would be one of the best to use if possible or u could go w/ any good conductive metal.....

I upgraded the 70 amp alternator to a 130 amp in my 92 honda civic hatch...the system is a three MTX amp configuration...all running at 2 ohms...

one cap has a voltage gauge and the other two dont...where can i get raw material like copper to use for this task?

You can get copper bars at your nearest hardware shop. Ask if they can bend to your specs.

Btw, it might not look tight. Copper bars can look crude. There must be quite a few mftrs like Stinger that makes fancy-looking buss bars. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I can amagine how rough it must all look when its over...I'll check out stinger's site for pre-fab ones, if nothing, I'll go with making my own and creating something out fiberglass to make it look wondaful in end...Thanx a mil fellas!
