Custom built dashes and doorpanel and trim

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I need to learn as much as possible about completely custom interior parts.

I am not satisfied with retrofittingor modifyin my current dashboard and consoles and such. I have my vehicle completely stripped to the metal already. I have almost all the documentation I could ever want for my car. But I need help with dash fabrication and such.
