Custom box design for a pair of SA15's needed

No... I just looked at the video you linked of the Kids in the SUV... this should do REALLY well on a FSD 2600 in a minitruck... lemme know if you'll be able to use this one
Will do. I'll try and find some boxes before I leave work.

Will a kerf port change box dimensions?

I'm not gonna screw with a kerfed box design... someone else can help ya then... sorry

No worries, I assume it does change. How much do you need for the current design? PM me PayPal

I'll Pay for the time. Not 100% sure I am going with this design but I will gladly pay for the help, it's appreciated bro!

Are the dimensions given with plywood thickness or without?

Looks like it is and what size plywood did you design it with?

PM Cut sheet?

I think my new Preference is facing forward and port up. I've been trying to dig up frontier videos and builds for the past few days. Info I gather is face forward or up on subs and port up.
subs up, port up is how my buddy got a 154.5 in his truck on two 15s dude. Full all out hair tricks as well. The port has to be pretty close to the roof or else this is not going to work.

Tbh, I have no idea what 154.5 sounds like. I've never been to a beat competition nor do I have a buddy with the same audio interest. I just hear what ever drives by me lol.

However, I do not plan on raising the enclosure. I prefer the box stays as close to the ground as possible to try and keep my windows from being broken into as possible (tinted windows only go so far).

lets just say for normal bassheads(with two 12s on 2000 watts) that get in to get a demo thats when your internal organs start churning, lungs feel like a sumo wrestler sitting on you, and you have to plan your breathing between bassnotes or you'll be strangled, ears getting fked by little midgets on viagra. Normal non bassheads will run out the car immediately and full blown bassheads will love it. so yeah you'll be in between the normal bassheads and non bassheads in terms of reaction to give you a feel.

So the design shredder made me was to long and will not fit to the wall of the cab. Apparently I have a couple more inches of space between doors vs back of cab.

Here is the design I was given, do the numbers look right. 8 cubes with a 10" octoport @33hz for a pair of sa-15d4 v.3?

edit:

I found a aero port calculator that you can use as a reference.

Looking at space and to recline comfortably, 53" x 22" deep (license place to license plate) x 20" tall. I'd like an octoport and subs firing forward as low to the box floor as possible.
Kid like to try and avoid my chair touching the top of the sub.

Pair of sa15 or one sundown u-15.

I'm to lazy to relocate battery and this eats up 8" of possible depth (license plate to license plate).
Sooooo... will this fit then?

It's port/subs up, I hope it will be able to fit thru the door... lol

Correct, the numbers I gave you was the area basically behind driver's seat. The new numbers are replacing the rear seats and a couple inches smaller than the 53" i originally sent you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Now i just need a second opinion on new design for 2 sa15's as my first x10 design had a flaw.
