Now about shipping... do you have something that protects the corners from getting smashed? Also do you have an option of using birch wood instead of MDF?

Yes I do. We protect them by using both bubble wrap and that heavy misc shipping paper you find in boxes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. I should have taken a picture, I will get some tomorrow. We are working on getting a site made with all this info.
