custom box builder out there?

I'm looking for a cheap solution to build a 1.5 cu ft. box tuned low... either have someone build it for me or have someone ship me all the stuff and I just glue or something like that...

gonna remember him well haha been getting pulled over and getting noise violation tickets a lot more often than back then because of him.
