It's not my place to judge what parents allow their kids to see. In Brazil, women and men in thongs is a common occurrence. In England, bare breasts are displayed in print and on TV openly. SOme people let their 12 y.o. curse. Others let their 10 y.o. watch PG-13 movies.
If a parent is OK with their kid seeing a man do a dance in drag, that's their prerogative.
