He reminds me of the scene in Another 48 Hours when Jack Cates is telling off Wilson of Internal affairs. Rob being akin to Wilson...

Wait, so if you teach kids that ICE (aka law enforcement) is bad, kids won't respect the law? Who woulda thought? There is something very consistent about the kids committing these crimes, I can't quite lay my finger on it, but I'm sure it'll come to me.
