Regular is 99.9% pure.

When you can prove you hear a difference form that .09% change in copper purity of your farging POWER cable, you let us know.
You'll blow the minds of the audio community, and the science community.

In the meantime, share some of the tech specs of OFC and ETP. Show us the variances that will improve the sound in our car systems.

OK. Then show us the huge improvement of using OFC over ETP when connecting a car amp to power.

Give us the specs comparing same-gauge OFC to ETP. Resistance, current delivery to failure, real-world differences in use in a real-world system.

Show us it's not snake oil for audio purposes.

Nobody is selling cables for car audio that are NOT OFC?
You sure about that?

Joe Citizen buys at places like Best Buy or mom & pop brick and mortar stores.
You might want to check what those places are offering, before making such a blanket statement.

I don't know and I don't give a $hit really... I'm just saying everything I see says OFC if it is copper power wire branded for car audio.. If not it will be junk CCA..

I run 2/0 welding cable.. I run raw drivers instead of components, design and build my own enclosures.. etc..

When it comes to car audio I'm a cheap a$$ these days and I've always been a DIY guy... Over the years I found ways to build pretty impressive systems for much cheaper than systems I've had in the past.

One ahole telling a newbie that his $50 "5 Farad" capacitors will help his system, another ahole telling him that spending extra money for OFC power cable will help solve his issue, or make any difference at all.

Let's see if we can talk him into some shakti stones to glue to the top of his amp for better "air and transparency".
Maybe a green marker to color the dielectric on his speaker wire for smoother mids?
