Only someone with TDS would think they have the right to free speech, as protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

I guess they also have TDS if they think the Second Amendment protects their right to bear arms, the Fifth Amendment protects them from self-incrimination, the Fourteenth protects their right to due process.

Basically: Anyone who thinks they have rights that are protected by the COTUS, must have TDS.

Only someone with TDS would have a problem with Trump pardoning this person a SECOND time (for $10's of millions worth of new crimes in 2024) after he pardoned them in 2021 for crimes in 2016.
I wonder how much they contributed to Trump's bank account.

Adriana Camberos: Convicted in 2017 of selling millions of counterfeit 5-Hour Energy bottles to grocers, she had her sentence commuted by Trump in 2021, and was pardoned by the president this week for a separate 2024 fraud conviction, according to Bloomberg, which noted her brother, Andres, was also convicted in 2024 and was pardoned Thursday.

I'd actually like to know the reasoning behind her pardon. Since you seem to feel that Adriana here shouldn't have been pardoned, then we're all in agreement that the Somalia fraudsters should get a similar sentence - 2 years?
