Current events discussion

There is no evidence of HIPPA violations. All that matters is there is the potential for HIPPA violations. If Robbo knew how much access I have to medical records his head would explode. No DOD clearance, but I get ~1 hour of HIPPA training per year and the occasional email, PowerPoint or short video.
Understood. I was knee deep in that information at Express Scripts. Credit card numbers, Names, Addresses, Medications, illnesses... You name it, I had access to it.

Gates, Steve Jobs, Musk & Zuckerberg all started in their 20s. Actually Zuck was 19 (iirc).
Gates-ehh stole the idea, Paul Allen is the brains. Jobs was sale man like Larry Ellison. Lizard man is sea eye a plant. Elon I’m convinced is a cyborg

And I assume you complied with the HIPPA regs that could pretty much be covered in a 5 minute conversation over a cup of coffee. Or maybe you're part of some vast conspiracy to violate our medical privacy - afterall you are a right winger. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The funny thing about DOGE is there is a lot of people like myself that do things like post secondary education (tuition?) and medical insurance should be socialized. However, how could I possibly give such social programs when the Dems say and do anything they can to prevent these organizations from being audited and held accountable for waste and general stupidity?

I don't give a shit if the president is above health and human services; he doesn't just arbitrarily change the law depending on who he wants to follow it. T
You're all for Biden and any other dem leader ignoring not only US immigration law...but UN asylum laws...

We spent no less than a week when hired learning the ins and outs of HIPAA and being that it was a part of my job I respected the laws and was very serious about not violating the information. I had a stack of awards from that job. It was one of my more enjoyable and interesting jobs. I only handled first responders from 9/11 in Jersey, NY and PA.

You stated that X would band you for speaking poorly against Trump. Now you're only pointing specific ones. I don't know the entire story behind them, nor do I care to research it. My response was proving you wrong that X account will not be deleted if you speak poorly of Trump. I proved you wrong, so now you're trying to flip the claims.
If I'm only "pointing to specific ones ", that means it happens. Are you saying that only because it happened to some people, that it never happened? Interesting.
I guess that means since only a limited number of people have won the lottery, that means no one has ever won the lottery?
Your logic is a failure.

Nice try!
Fact:
the questions you are asking about the towers are meaningless. The conversation was directed to only one tower. The one where the fire started. I explained this to you at least a half dozen times, and you insist on either playing stupid or you just don't have any sense of simple math.
You think only one water tower with 1,000,000 gallons of water should be able to put out a 200,000 acre fire? And that a reservoir with billions of gallons in it is not enough for that tower/tank?
You can't even tell me how many towers there were in the general area, how much water the tower pumps can move, or how much water was in the reservoir.
But, do you want to argue that you know what happened in the fires and why they burned out of control?
That's laughable
I'll say this one more time.
Fact:
One tower was to have two sources to fill it. This is the tower where the fire started. For a year, one source was shut down. Due to this, the tower was not able to fill fast enough from just the one source. Do you now understand? Can you comprehend what I'm telling you, or do you need me to draw and picture?
You said that the source feeding the tower had a 36 inch pipe. That is a fact.
So, what was the pump capability of the pump that was feeding that tower from the 36 inch feed pipe?
Can you comprehend the question, or is it too confusing for you?
I'll ask it again: what is the feed capability of the pump connected to that "single tower "?
So you are saying that Trump was harder on gun control than Biden? Ok, prove it? I'll listen. I know what laws each of them put in place, but I'm curious on how you believe this. At the same time, I would like you to research on the gun laws that Biden tried to put in place.
I'm saying that gun laws became more restrictive under Trump than they did under Biden or under Obama. It's a fact.
Only the two gun laws made it through Congress during Obama's eight years in office. Neither of those added any restrictions.
Trump added restrictions. Bump stock ban. Stricter background checks.
Biden added red flag laws, but while he was POTUS, constitutional carry was reinstated in New York.
Trump loses on the gun front.
I know it was poorly written, but it is quite clear.
It's unclear BECAUSE it was so poorly written. Try harder.
Name something that Biden did that was illegal and should have been brought to court.
Nothing comes to mind, after all the ones the Republicans tried to claim turned out to be BS.
You obviously have something in mind, so go ahead and post it, instead of trying this silly dance.

Having classified government documents at his residence when he was NOT the president. But they gave his *** a pass. They should have shown him the same attention and intensity they showed Trump.

"Investigators conducted 173 interviews of 147 witnesses — including the president himself. They collected over 7 million documents from both classified and unclassified sources.

There were documents marked classified regarding military and foreign policy in Afghanistan and notebooks containing Mr. Biden's entries about national security and foreign policy matters "implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods," according to the report.

The special counsel said Mr. Biden's conduct "present[ed] serious risks to national security, given the vulnerability of extraordinarily sensitive information to loss or compromise to America's adversaries…But addressing those risks when pursuing criminal charges, the only means available to this office, is not the proper remedy here."

You don't even know that the mere act of allowing access to PHI is a violation, but you think the regulations could be covered in a 5 minute conversation?
I guess you missed the first 5 minutes of it, huh?
Weird how that 5-minute convo took ThxOne no less than a week, though. Must have been a whole LOT of repetition.

OK. And they gave Trump the same pass.
So you think Trump should have gone to court for it, too. Right?
