Last summer, I was in a County management meeting. I brought this up. They told me it didn't happen because of the environmental impact and costs. I replied "then why not filter the water then pump it back into the ground and refill our underground water supplies." It got really silent for bit and they responded with "Then that would contaminate the underground water." Me, "Are you suggesting we can send people into space, but we cannot filter water better than dirt." They told me it wasn't that easy, then changed the subject.

I was sitting here laughing with my dad as he told stories of the M-16 5.56 he used to shoot, how was an expert marksman as well as being an MSG in the Army. He also knows they are two different cartridges. On top of my own research and my dad's actual experience with said ammunition I no longer care to engage you in this conversation as you acquire information to argue with on the fly.

Given his expertise, ask him the difference in target damage between a .223 round fired from a 5.56 cartridge at 3,000FPS, and a .223 round fired from a .223 cartridge at 3,000FPS.

Please share his answer, plus your "own research" that demonstrates said difference.

I think Canada and Mexico SHOULD be folded into America. I have traveled to neither place but would like to. I'd like to see Mexico without my head being removed or Niagara Falls from the Canadian side without a Moose dry humping my sexy backside. I'm not sure how they will like being called American Moose though.

But yes, I do believe that medical services should be available to all humans, not just those who can afford $200 for a basic office visit where they don't even get to a see a doctor.

I think that would be a much wiser and more prudent way to spend Americans tax dollars. If more Americans didn't have to worry about the cost they would be more likely to go and possibly be a healthier America.

For the record, before the dems started pushing socialized medicine, all humans were already provided healthcare. it was a law that no hospital could turn away a patient.

Was gets me, Dems are pushing for socialized medicine, but at the same time, they call Republicans Socialists. What the hell! Goes to show how much of a puppet they are.

Our healthcare system is crazy. I'm fortunate enough to work somewhere with an insanely good healthcare plan, but I have friends paying ~$1200/mo (single person) and has to wait months to get an appointment for a PCP. I have another paying $2500/mo (family of 3) and they have a $10/$20k detectible.
