My neighbor back in WA did hydro in his garage. He was doing lettuce, tomatoes, water cress and strawberries if I remember right (his big plan was to redo his setup so he could raise tilapia or bluegill in the system too)...none it tasted any different than what I got at the farmers market...produce from Walmart ain't the way to judge anythingYeah.
