By hard on the tariffs I was more referring to the threat since I don't see Canada or Mexico wanting to take that kind of hit to gdp...with China I'm for big tariffs actually being put in place. There's other countries that a far more "friendly" with the US that could produce cheap crap that everyone seems to want

If we get tough with Brazil (due to BRICs) those cheap Brazilian amps could skyrocket. Korea could make a killing in the car audio space.

Walmart does have shyt produce - maybe it's all hydroponic. I don't know about you but my local Wallymart sells burger patties in 12 packs only.

As for this hydro crap, there's all sorts of opinions on what qualifies as hydro and lots of "hybrid" systems and just as many opinions on which is better.

That doesn't mean hydro is the reason the tomatoes sucked. Does Mexico allow GMO? I'm firmly of the opinion that GMO (and/or selective breeding) has really dropped the quality of lots produce.
