If the southern border has been a problem WELL BEFORE TRUMP, how can Biden be the cause of it? Now, did Biden and other lefties call for a surge at the border? They sure did and it is undisputed. Did they cause the southern border problem, no, they encouraged a surge which added to the problem to which the left blames Trump.
