The man is a crook, in the simplest of terms, he doesn't respect the constitution, he is a convicted ****** predator, fraudster in no uncertain terms. You can defend him all you wan't, God only knows why.

It refers to a time that is disingenuous to everyone accept white middle to upper middle class american men, a time when racial segregation was acceptable, when women were supposed to be barefoot and in the kitchen and considered second class citizens, where healthcare was non-existent for the masses, where anyone besides the church going white citizenry were substandard. You may want to bring back McCarthyism, trump surley does too, but it's not an America I want, not the America that majority or Americans want. He lost, by 8+ million, he will lose again, fair and square, like it or not.

We all have a choice this coming November, lets agree to disagree on policy, not that POS of a man he is and accept what the voters decide come November.

Yeah, I was just asking questions. I wasn't defending anyone. Still, I am not sure where you are getting all that from. I don't recall at anytime Trump saying that is what he meant by Make America Great Again. Pretty sure he was speaking of our country being respected again, making more products here in America, the cost of living being better, being energy independent and so on, other countries not taking advantage of the United States.

Are the reasons you listed really what you have been told or believe or are you just attaching things you don't like to a person you have been told to hate so it is easier for you to hate him?

Trump NEVER speaks in truths, only innuendo, classic mark of a narcissistic demagogue, dictator. I don't attach anything to him that is not already clearly self evident. I take in as much as I can stomach, and in my mind, it is unequivocal, undeniable and elementary actually. MANY sources right and left have documented the psychopathic disingenuous regularity by which he disseminates untruths or half truths in an effort to distort reality.

America will earn its respect, always has, nothing new there. Trump IS the reason we lost respect around the world on a unprecedented level, people around the globe despise him, they ridicule his petulance and self serving grandiose, arrogance that "when America was so great, lent itself to the phrase, ugly American. Trump is the last way one earns respect in the world, the polar opposite. You can't be the cause and solution for the same malady, doesn’t work that way.

As to "making more products here in America - taking advantage of the United States

You can blame Americans and corporations for this. Everyone wants to make more money and pay less doing ti. That's capitalism at its core, nothing against it, but you currently have the result. If people want to support industry here they should only buy products from here, take that one to Amazon or Wal-Mart, see how far that takes you. You apparently have not dome much homework on the subject. America was built on the backs of "taking Advantage" of just about everything and everyone it could. Not saying she hasn't done great things and been a beacon of hope and leadership, she truly has, but to think that she hasn't or doesn’t take advantage of other countries is exceedingly arrogant and ignorant of history.

I'm in no way against who we are and what America stands for, on the contrary,porud of it!

I'm against those that think we should do it while we ignore the rest of those less fortunate, less able, because we somehow can’t do it unless we only take care of our own, that is not America, never has been, never should be.

19. Managed to increase the trade deficit by 218 BILLION DOLLARS in just four years
20. Wasted millions of taxpayer dollars on golf with much of it lining his own pockets
21. Wasted millions on rebranding part of the Air Force to the likings of Star Trek
22. Wasted millions on a 50 mile Mexican/US border wall that Mexico NEVER agreed to pay for.

And that doesn't account for the multitude of other things in the last year or so that I stopped logging when I stopped keeping track

I read this and... I'll just let you keep it. This is all info that the news outlets are reporting. I see nothing was researched for facts.

I'm not here to argue about politics. I'm not here to get you to change your mind. I can point out each item and correct it, but I know it will be more of a waste of my time. For example, Trump actually brought more jobs and more industries back to the US. Look at the major car manufacturers. He did end up releasing his taxes, and Gerald Ford is the one who didn't release them. As for releasing taxes, the House and Senate sees all of their taxes. It's just the public. If anything was illegal, then the House and Senate would prosecute.

As I mentioned, I work for the government. Of course, you might be saying "SO!" which you have a right to do. Buy like you, with your company, you will see issues that nobody else will. In my position, I see things that you will not hear from any news outlet. For example, I have been in meetings with Mayors telling their law enforcement to allow protesters to cause some damage. "This is to show the seriousness of their cause!" My two fellow employees are democrat but will not vote for the current offerings and are extremely disgusted by our current governor. They were floored with the crap they finally get to see.

I see this conversation is turning heated and not friendly. As mentioned, it's time to move on.

I think if anyone does that, they should be held prosecuted and hung, if found guilty. I only made that last statement because you made that last statement to me. I'm not trying to defend Trump. As I mentioned, he is not a great guy. Like Bumbling Biden, I don't like to hear him talk. It annoys me even more to hear about his tweets. I'm just looking at the current state of the country and when he was in charge. I don't like paying $6 per gallon of gas. I don't like my job being so much worse because of all the crime I have to deal with, I don't like paying as much as $34 for a flat of eggs, I don't like having to pay higher medical costs because we now have to pay for the medical of all of these illegal immigrants, I don't like living paycheck-to-paycheck when I'm making well above $100k a year. I don't like my kids coming home with a letter threatening detention because they accidentally misgendered another student. And I don't like hearing about us getting into these foreign wars and catering to China.

Now, enough of politics.

What I really want to know is, what happened to all the really good name brand car audio companies? JL is good, but not worth their costs, IMHO.

Iirc JL is all American made, so that's why it's so expensive, like that's the cost of making it here. I could be wrong, but iirc that's what I remember. What seems to happen is some good audio designer designs something good then it's all copied by other companies or stolen by China and resold. There's sub patents the parent company will allow a less high quality company use to make bank selling a cheaper but still decent version of the same general style woofer. There's a lot of cheap woofers imitating more popular woofer styles that aren't the best subs. I think so much of it is made in China and that's part of it all. It's so easy to just slightly tweak and manufacture products like speakers and amps in mass, I would think. I just notice similar style subs as a box designer, but you see the design quality differences in the t/s and performance. Everything follows making money and trends consumers want, too.

CDT always has a sale going on. Dayton Audio from Parts Express is hard to beat. SB Acoustics at Madisound offers a similar value proposition to Dayton. NVX is another good value play. And what's left of Image Dynamics stock is good for the money.
