Explain why people make triple the wages now that they did in the past.
Explain why I can't buy a new Ford truck for $5,200.
Explain why I can't buy a 4 bed/2 bath house for $25,000.

Explain why you leave Concord after buying gas with your coupon, and go someplace where two McDs meals costs 25% more than in Concord.

You use Google because you are stupid and DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWERS TO ANYTHING. The you use Google, find something you think makes your case but almost never understand the answers you Googled. I know many things and do not have to rely on Google. You should have paid more attention in school.

Rob, your math is off. If he "super sized" the meal, add in tax, he's right around $25 for 2 meals. The double quarter pounder or Crispy McChicken are other ways to get to ~$25. Personally, I always add lettuce and tomato to my burgers, so there is yet another way to get to ~$25. It's not too hard to to get ~$25 for a couple meals at McD's, which is one of the cheaper fast food options.

And if he didn't use coupons, he'd be paying $2.52-$2.57 per gallon of gas.

If we're going to talk/compare/complain prices, let's not quote the absolute cheapest possible price for gas, but the absolute highest for a burger meal.

That's like ThxOne pretending he paid $1.87 for gas "under Trump", when that was the lowest price in the country for one day, or him comparing the cost of angus beef in 2024 to 80/20 ground chuck in 2020.

WTF - how do I not know about this? Shell is my #2 gas station and I already use T-Mobile.

Simple to use. Get the Fuel Rewards app (FR) from the play store or apple if that's what you use. On Tuesday you will click your T-Life app... select the item that shows the Shell Gas Station and it will tell you how much off a gallon you will save. Click it, follow the instruction, it will automatically open your fuel rewards app, apply the code. You will have from Tuesday to Friday to use it. You will save all the time with FR and on Tuesday you will add/combine additional savings to the FR app. Mine was $.05 + $.10 for a $.15 a gallon savings. The more you fill up the higher your status. I was platinum for a while ($.20 off a gallon).
