Giving more money to country that can't account for a big portion of the money we already gave is the answer?
No, because if Trump decided to follow the path of previous administration, they'd be bitching about that too. As you can see if Trump hammered out a peace deal with Zelensky, they'd still be calling it extortion. It's just like DOGE, they'd rather waste money, let Ukraine v Russia war continue, keep ignoring illegal immigrant crime, continue housing, feeding and schooling illegals, etc, etc, etc than admit Trump was right, Trump is delivering on his promises, etc. TDS makes Covid look like the common cold. ;)

Inflation has actually ticked up since Trump has taken office.....but prices stopped mattering when he won the election.
Who said prices stopped mattering when he won the election? I don't think I've seen that comment here. Was that from one of FoxNews' talking heads? Do you think we should be concerned about 2.9% vs 3% inflation in the last 2 months??? Seriously??? Talking about reaching for straws. The Dems really need to do much much better.

Honestly? No, I don't. But inflation and the prices of groceries were railed on for months and months leading up to the election. And so far, a month and a half into his term, things like inflation and the price of groceries have completely faded from the narrative. On the contrary, both Trump and Musk replaced the narrative that things were going to be "fixed on day one" with a new narrative......that things might get worse before they get better. No shit? It's almost like everyone with an ounce of common sense, saying that tariffs would drive the prices of things upwards was completely ignored by those who refused to believe that Donald J President would lie to them.

It passed the house...we'll see 😉

And every democratic voted against it...

No, the budget resolution passed the house. The budget resolution is not the tax bill. The truth is that even to make the 2017 tax cuts permanent, Comrade Trump will need to cut into things like medicaid.....which he promised not to do. And then to squeeze the extra cuts for corporations? Even more cuts coming. Fact is....tax cuts on things like OT and tips was nothing more than lip service. Cuts for the wealthy were always the most important thing on Trump's.....Trump first, America last agenda.

That's to be expected if your trying to downsize government and cut spending...

Sure. Things were going to get better day one. Trump wins the election.....and the narrative changes. I'm certainly not surprised. Things have to get worse before they can get better now! I'm guessing that this will be the narrative that the right pushes for the next three and a half years while these anti-American policies drive the country into a recession.

For Trump's voters, if the cost of tariffs is a .1% increase in inflation, we're going to call that a massive win. The funny thing is IIRC Trump said, one time, that prices would drop day one when he took office. And much like Mexico paying for the wall, nobody really believed it, but it gives the left a narrative to hammer on.

Seriously, I want you guys to keep hammering on it for ~7 more years. Honestly, I don't want the DNC platform and messaging to change one bit. Trump/Conservatives/Populists are Nazis, Racists, bigots, misogynists, brain washed, uneducated. Trump taking office is the second coming of "The Hands Maid Tale." Trump & Co are committing ***** genocide. Ending the war in Ukraine is really extortion. I'm not sure what you guys are calling the inroads Trump has made in the Middle East - Palestinian Genocide? Border security and "mass deportation" I assume falls under the racist category. Going after the cartels is probably racist too. And last but not least, any and everything Trump does is unconstitutional. Please keep it up, I think that's a winning formula.

When I have watched a video on CNN stating specific this and specific that then went and watched the unedited video somewhere else it was very clear what CNN and the left leaning media do when it comes to Trump.

Before the election was final you lefties cried and freaked out that all of you would be arrested. How many of you have been arrested you over dramatic crazy people!!
It's Schrodinger's leftists. Trump is simultaneously a dictator wiping his arse with the Constitution with every executive order he signs, but also Musk and Putin's personal b!tch. This reminds me of the mental meltdown conservatives had when Clinton was elected. Turned out Clinton wasn't a communist after all and the right panicked over nothing since Clinton turned out to be a free market capitalist.

The United States has had a cordial relationship with Ukraine since their independence and transition to democracy. The United States has also been a proponent of Ukraine joining NATO.

On the other hand....Russia is ruled by an ******* dictator with more human rights violations than Trump has brain cells.

Guess which one Trump has decided to ally with?
Being a proponent of Ukraine joining NATO hasn't worked out all that well has it? Trump is siding with the guy that can most quickly bring this war to an end. One of the big advantages of being a superpower is you get away with shyt like unprovoked aggression toward other nations. Trump is merely choosing to embrace that reality, where as the left, Zelensky and the idiots in Western Europe choose to whine and be butthurt because reality hurts their feeling.

Righties who've convinced themselves that Putin and Russia should be our allies over Ukraine....because the president pudding brain said so.....are definitely suffering from TDS.

Who said we're allies with Russia now? The left just keeps making shyt up. How about putting together a political platform instead? We hate Trump because he's all the bad things has failed miserably.

Here's the funny thing about the left. They can so easily see that tariffs will get passed though to the consumer, but for some reason, they don't think that would apply to higher corporate taxes or taxing the rich. Interesting lens they view the world through.
