Per capita is a Latin word meaning "by head," used in English to refer to the average per person, and often replaces “per person” when presenting data in statistics or economic analysis. If an amount is expressed per capita, it means that amount per person.

For example, a casualty count of 100 people from diseases is pretty horrible. But if it's a casualty county of 100 out of 30,000,000 people infected, it's nominal.
If the casualty count is 100 out of 150 infected, it's pretty f***ing bad.

Let's dissect your stupidity. Nobody here said illegals are the "root of the crime" in America. What we have said and you shit breath idiots keep ignoring is that it is illegal for them to be here in the first place. If they weren't here, the crime they DO commit in America wouldn't happen. Therefore there would be less crime in America committed by people who shouldn't be here in the first place.

For some reason you fucktards can't comprehend that... probably because of TDS and the massive amount of brainwashing that has happened to you. None of you sheep can explain why more crime is good. None of you can explain why wanting our country to be great is bad.
