I guess the left is still aware of where ICE is and is letting illegals know. Someone I know is dating an illegal Mexican immigrant who is literally here working everyday and sending money back to Mexico where he is having a home built. Apparently because ICE is in the area he and his co-workers are in hiding.

I wish Ice would visit my area..

With the flood of folks who showed up in my tiny county during Biden, I've seen a lot of changes..

1. All Elementary Schools have taken 6th grade away (too many students) So it is now K-5 grades.
The 6th graders were moved to the over crowded Jr. High. They threw up a couple mobile buildings for some classes..

2. Houses... I've looked at houses for sale in my county now for about 20 years.. So I know the market very well..

In my neighborhood You could get a decent condition 1300 sqft. home with garage and 6000 sqft lot for 75k all day in 2019... Those same houses during Biden were going for 400k and have settled to 350k

We had lots all over that have been untouched for 35 years and they have mostly been bought and apartments put in or in some cases 3 to 5 smaller homes with no yard and sell them for 400k each.

I can't help but to think the influx of illegals add to the housing issues we are seeing.. They need homes too.
If we add 20 million people to our country in 4 years it's gonna tax the hell out of everything from housing to health care to education.. It's just too many to sustain.

For property taxes my homes assessed value has gone from 69k in 2019 to 300k current..

WA has gone overboard on their property assessments...to the point we passed on several nice homes in our budget because the property taxes and the gov assessed value

For our county we all saw spikes of 100k in one year..

When they decriminalized drugs and allowed people to do drugs and camp downtown it was costing just my city of 17k about 40k a month to clean up under the bridge..

People were coming from all over the state and across the country to come be homeless here and do drugs.. They got free cell phones, cash assistance, food stamps and were told they can camp where ever and do drugs in public.

We pay for all of this..

Anyone who has already received theirs will notice that their property taxes are going up; how much just depends on where you live.

Similar is happening in my area. Of course Aurora has been in news because of TDA taking over an apartment complex. I suspect soon South Denver/Aurora will be the next city to be taken over by Islam.
