I have forgotten the actual taste. I know it wasn't bad when fresh. I tried Gator Tail in Kentucky and it was rubbery.

I've eaten pacific spiny dogfish, mako and soupfin. They all tasted different with dogfish being my favorite

The only ray I've eaten is big skate and it has a stringy texture but a very nice generic shellfish type taste

Fresh caught (speargun less than a day old) Red Snapper and Black Grouper from the Gulf of America. MMMMmmMMMMMMMHHHMMMMMM!! Cooked on the grill with lemon pepper. So good.

Most of the law were not voted on by the people. Most were put into law by the law makers of that state. Why do you think Lincoln became president? The majority of the people did wanted to end slavery.

I had gator for the first time at this now closed down restaurant. It was good and locally sourced right there in Saint Marys, GA.
