The CMS portion reiterates law that I already referenced. I don't see any proof that illegals are applying for, and receiving, Medicaid.

I know Jimi can't prove it. He said so himself.
Can you please prove it, or are you just going to post AI results that repeat the claim?

LOL - I posted all sorts of proof. Just because you don't like the proof doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The great thing, is TrumpCo figured out they could use the illegals on medicare database to track illegals and deport them.

Of course it doesn't matter if they are or aren't on medicaid/care since we can't deny care, they'll get the care and American citizens will have to foot the bill either way.

What part of the paperwork that you see shows a person's citizenship status as part of their Medicaid ID number?
Can you show me an example of an insurance ID card that indicates a person's citizenship status?

And please don't claim it's impossible without sharing private info. We both know how Medicaid and PPHPs work. Choose any one of the Colorado-based ones as your example.

You also never said how you "know" they are illegals who are getting Medicaid coverage.
Does your hospital have an admission form that asks patients their immigration status, and then you search the files of all the illegals to see if they are on Medicaid?
