She didn't take responsibility for the NG not being there. She was taking responsibility for not being prepared to cover for Trump's failures.

As in "I should have KNOWN he'd **** this up, and prepared better to prevent it".

Nobody is asking you to pay anything. For 3rd, 4th, 5th time you could have easily googled a free source for that info. Iirc, it was from a congressional investigation or subcommittee, etc.

Team Red is completely culpable for laying the groundwork that lead to J6. It was pretty obvious that things might go bad on j6, which is what lead to the discussion of predeploying the NG. But then Team Blue had to create the "Trump will use the NG to overthrow the gov't" narrative, which resulted in the NG being sidelined. Team Blue conveniently leaves out the part about how they contributed to the riots over petty politics. Additionally, Team Blue has been using J6 to justify their rioting ever since.
