I don't think she actually declined. Whoever was in charge never acted on Trump's offer of 10k National Guard troops, probably because Team Blue was preemptively accusing Trump of attempting to overthrow the gov't. Ironically in the minds of liberals the fact that he Trump didn't pre-deploy those troops proves he's a fascist and the fact that he deployed them in LA also proves Orange Dudeis a fascist. The fact that he breathes also confirms he's a fascist.

On the plus side I was road tripping to Gunnison Colorado for work and there were 2 ranchers that had mile+ stretches of their land decorated with American Flags every ~100 yards. It was pretty cool to see hundreds of American Flags in a country were the narrative is we are the bad guy. To put things in perspective, to get the US flag emoji, I searched for flag and every flag except for the stars and stripes came up. I had to add "American" to get Old Glory.
From what I understand the head of security was offered the NG by Trump and Nancy was in charge of security and told HIM no to the NG. Or something like that... either way NANCY was the person who ultimately said no.
I have doubts. There are lots of conflicting versions of what happened. Assuming Pelosi did stop the deployment of the NG, I think she would have said something more complicit in the video, like "Why didn’t I let them deploy the NG" vs "Why wasn't the NG deployed?" Of course Team Blue had alot to do with why the NG wasn't deployed, but you'll never hear one of them say "We shouldn't criticized NG deployment to create a negative narrative surrounding Trump."
I remember there being a different video where she was mad as hell and specifically said she denied Trumps offer.
