I am seriously considering pickupg up a set of CDT Cl-61's for my integra. Subjectively speaking what are the best speakers of the following: Mb Quart Reference RSD 213, CDT Cl-61, or Crystal Crystal CsC50s or CsC50t?

Ps. assume you could get all 3 for the same price, which would you choose and why???

Also what is the diff between a titanium and silk dome tweeter?

ok for my personal take on them, the MB quarts are a little too harsh on the high highs, and the CDTs dont have enough mid-bass, but I really like the crystals for the money,

for the tweeters, the titanium are for sharper more accurate high frequencies, but at elevated volumes they can become piercing to the human ear if they are not defeated somewhat or equalized correctly, but for the silk dome tweeter it is a little warmer of a sound and in some cases a little better for daily driving, not as sharp as the titanium but they have a smoother rool off between the high tones, from what I have see the titanuims are more suspetable to phasing problems if not directed at the optimum point of listening (driver's ear) hope that helps some

I have yet to hear cdt or crys, but i think that after my kappa's my next purchase in a year or so (depends) will be either cdt or focal..

as far a the mb quarts, i have heard them and i'm NOT impressed @ all................... (prefer polk audio, ewww))
