I work for sounddomain, so I'm not going to bash anyone in particular. You get what you pay for. Now, do you want to pay to have someone hold your hand? Do you want to pay for the return shipping? Do you want to pay to have some dude there like 18 hours a day to answer your questions.
On the other extreme, some guys have good luck with some of the places I would never deal with because when stuff goes wrong, they don't have a clue how to handle it (again, not going to name names, but there are a couple retailers who seem to have a few "they f-ed me" among the many "they are great").
I think the price match deal is probably the best of both worlds. I'll leave it at that, if you do a search you can find more about it on this and other forums.
