Crutchfield MasterSheet

Ok well I will be installing an all new system into my F150 soon and this is going to be my first time ever installing car audio. I am fairly confident I can do it with the right information and instruction.

I was wondering how the Crutchfield MasterSheet installation guide was? Is it helpful ? Is there any other installation guides that would help me for my specific vehicle?

Thanks.

I know their stuff is super overpriced, but I though the installation guide might be nice to have with the pictures and all that are specific to my vehicle.

I bet that there is an F-150 forum somewhere on the interwebz that would have all the information you need. I found how to disassemble every panel in the interior of my Trailblazer that way. I also found many threads of peoples installs with pictures and step by step explinations.

my mastersheet for my car (bought a HU their, and no, at the time it wasn't over priced, it was 30% off the MSRP, you just gotta look for coupons)

their really nice instructions, personally. Not like super detailed, but they work very well for someone who has never done anything before.

Crutchfield's MasterSheets, in my experience, show everything you'd likely need to know for a "DoItYourself" HU install.

Like has already been stated - they aren't just super-duper as far as details go but it will show you what screws need to be removed and where to find them, etc...

um.

full warranty

extremly fast shipping

free harness\install hardware

complete install guide

24\7 customer service

imo. not over priced. i always look at my equipment on there first to see if the extra cost is within reason.

You forgot one policy that is likely my fave over every other cool policy they have.

The ability to send back a purchase for any reason at all within the first 30 days for a complete refund (and they pay the return shipping!)

Don't like the way it fits in your ride?

send it back

Don't like the way it sounds after it's installed?

send it back

Don't like what freggin' color it is after you take it out of its box?

send it back

No questions asked.

Call 'em up - get an RA# and it's all good. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Indeed.

Hell, if you need a replacement or loaner amp just to hold you over... buy one... and send it back in less than 30 days.

I did that back in the day...

I've never done that personally but I have wondered (until now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif) if anyone else ever had.

Just used it like Auto Zone's "Loan-A-Tool" deal where you pay for the item but get it all back when you return the tool //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
