When I got my speakers from them, last year, I did not.

I dont know if that changed, or if it depends on the product. But worst case scenario, is the come back the same time next day.

Worst case, just go to the UPS center where they take it back for the night if they couldn't deliver it. You just go there with your slip and pick it up.
