Well I just went outside and ripped my door panel off. Looks like a pretty easy door to deaden since it's pretty flat and there are no openings to cover up. What also good about this car is I can take the door panel off on the outside and deaden it and put it back on.

I have about 1 1/4" clearance between the door panel and where the speaker mounts, so I hope a 3/4" baffle won't be too big.

BTW, I had an SE sealed and it sounded good. Never heard an SX though.

Looks like my outside door panel maybe hard to remove. It's just a bunch of torx bolts, but the handle maybe a bitch to remove.
