I think I may go buy some protein today, I lovvvvvvvvve muscle milk. Sh1t is so good it's like candy. Not the healthiest protein by any means because it's pretty high in calories but it tastes so good.

i go to GNC and get my stuff there, like protein bars the most haha, i usually bulk up again near winter time, i never tried the muscle milk though, i tried some walmart body fortress protein, it hardly put any muscle on me.

it's suppose to raise your body heat or something like that to where it burns more calories as you workout. Atleast I THINK that's what I remember. But yes it's suppose to be a fat burner.
