i saw the new Seether album at wally world on saturday, i might get it today if its still on sale

Woot for getting to see Seether again this Saturday!!!

I saw them last night along with Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace.

Good concert.

Seether did a long *** drum solo and the whole crowd was getting restless.

You should know better than to buy albums @ Walmart. It's a family store and all of their cds are edited.

I don't even feel sore today, man that's awesome. I'm glad I started jogging/doing that aerobics class. I'm suppose to start my 3rd week thing though today and this is what I have to do.

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following:

* Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)

* Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)

* Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)

* Walk 400 yards (or 3 minutes)

it's only 18 minutes though all together compared to the typical 20 minutes I have been jogging(in all). Should be interesting to see how I do.
