A normal pace for 30 minutes. Roughly 15-17 MPH according to my speedometer.really? I think we have a stationary bike actually....do you just ride it at a medium pace for 30 minutes or do you switch it up like HITT. and actually HITT is suppose to build muscle up unlike typical jogging. The only reason, and this is the main reason I don't lift anymore is because my stupid fuking elbow. Yes I know I've *****ed about it for a long time but it just hurts to **** much to lift with it. I really should have gone to the doctor right when I noticed it, I really do regret that.
