really? I think we have a stationary bike actually....do you just ride it at a medium pace for 30 minutes or do you switch it up like HITT. and actually HITT is suppose to build muscle up unlike typical jogging. The only reason, and this is the main reason I don't lift anymore is because my stupid fuking elbow. Yes I know I've *****ed about it for a long time but it just hurts to **** much to lift with it. I really should have gone to the doctor right when I noticed it, I really do regret that.
A normal pace for 30 minutes. Roughly 15-17 MPH according to my speedometer.

I agree with ICET to a point. It will depend on your current body weight and your size (larger frame etc) to determine how effective stationary bikes will be (any cardio actually).

If you want to set a goal sign up for a road race (you can find them on coolrunning) and then train for it. You won't win (unless your from kenya) but it is a friggin blast to go out and do it. You almost always get a trophy, a shirt, and meet some cool people.

Yeah I just don't understand....I was the only person who was even giving the thread the time of day and jman pokes his head in and gives his 2cents about it and the kid says, "I'LL DO HIS METHOD, SCREW HAVING MY SUBS PLAY FREE AIR."

I've also noticed that eating many small meals throughout the day has increased my metabolism greatly. I can eat wings and drink beer on the weekend along with an unhealthy snack here or there during the week and I still consistently lose weight.
