everyone is so much bigger, badder, faster, and richer than CT.

Even though I have mortgage interest, it still isn't enough. Hell, I bet some of these folks paid more in interest on their car than I did my house. I paid ~$2.5k in interest payments.

We itemized only one year and the difference wasn't great. Beside interest we had saved all receipts for purchases through the year and claimed the sales tax and our various donations.

It would be better to troll that thread instead of trying to pull knowledge out of it.
