I have an older computer that I needed a card for. One day, I'd like to get either get a laptop or a computer with the new office on it.

My job and school both use the new office. However most new computers use vista...and that means I need 2 GB of RAM correct?

I am looking at HPs.
My friend had a Dell and they have terrible CS.

I am not sure about these 10" monitors. I want something bigger.

larger screens are usually cheaper fyi.

i'd recomend a 15.4 or larger unless size/wieght is an issue.

yes and no. some of the newer ones are pretty straight forward. just open the cover and slide a new stick in.

It is a very straight forward operation. On the bottom of your laptop, you'll literally see the memory sticks and they'll be a direct replacement. Just do a little more research on what ram speed your laptop can handle.

About dell's cs, whats horrible about them? Unless you don't have warranty then it might be a hassle but if you have warranty then it'll be a breeze. They replaced my ram, cd drive, and battery charger. And it wasn't even done at the same time. ABout 4 months apart and it came like 2 days later.

They have a warehouse in TN, so it is considered intrastate commerce and needs to be taxed by law.

I just got word that my uncle was involved in an 18 wheeler accident last night, he hit & killed someone on a 4 wheeler.

2GB is a standard nowadays. Not to worry though. HDDs and mem are your cheapest components.

Actually, MoT...that computer you are selling may work.

let me know. depending on if you need a legit copy of ms office or not i can probably get that for you as well.

now i do have another one thats an Acer Extensa model that is a 2.0gb dual core processor and 3 gigs of ram for the same price. the one i have listed might be sold already.
