i can max 340... but i lift funny, very explosive lifts especially on maxesPretty good for a punter/kicker.
My junior year of hs I benched 245 in sets of 10. My max was around 325 though. Stamina def isnt my strong suit w/bench pressing.
Leg presses are always fun. But at times it feels like im cheating.
