Not too shabby.

My shrug has always been unproportionately higher than everything else for some reason, even when I first started working out.

I've got some pretty massive hips and thighs too. I can do the full stack of the hip adductor and abductor at the gym.

The problem with squats for me is that the higher weight loads start crushing my right shoulder, which has some problems. It also keeps me from being able to do high loads on the flat bench and press.

i do barbel shrugs w/ 345 (sets of 10)

bench: work out with ~215-225 (sets of 10)

so i do alot of leg press, burnouts mostly, last week i started with 90 (a plate on each side) did ten, then added a plate on each side, did ten, conitued this process up to 900 (did 20 of those tho), then the same thing in reverse all the way back down to 90

id say i can do 3 sets of 10 w/ 1200-1300 pretty easily

Pretty good for a punter/kicker.

My junior year of hs I benched 245 in sets of 10. My max was around 325 though. Stamina def isnt my strong suit w/bench pressing.

Leg presses are always fun. But at times it feels like im cheating.

 
How much are you looking to pay?
Stupid cheap, as it's always debatable if I will finally stick with it. I want to throw it out on my back porch so I can rock it on my 3 days off, prison style. I've found some on cl for 50 or so with decent weights, or as low as 35 for just a bench. The bench was in good shape, but it didn't look all that heavy duty.

I love doing leg presses, they feel great. Just gotta be careful. Working at kmart all those years really tore my knees to pieces...
