i could do legit 4.4's in HS... im back in the 4.5-4.6 range right now (but i weigh quite a bit more)

after i get off this gain (10-12k calories a day is a bit much for my tastes) ill hopefully be at around 225lbs... then ill work on speed again

I've got a serious question for you guys. You remember how I told you guys that I hooked up with one of my friends's exes? Well this whole my friend passing away over the weekend(different friend) has got me in a weird state. I feel like I should say something to this guy because what if something ever happened to one of us? I guess what I'm saying is I've felt like I should have said something but now more then ever. I just feel like I should tell him how I feel and how sorry I am and then just go from there. He deleted me from facebook I noticed but I just feel like I should say SOMETHING. ya know?
