Dcole (am I sure you are reading this) despite what it may seem, you really did get more of the benefit of the doubt than we would have given most. We didn't want to think the worst, but in the other hand we are not stupid either. I still think that you did not set out to scam the guy, but you took on a project that you never should have. It's my belief that by the time you came to the realization that you would not be able to produce, you had spent the money so you just disappeared from the other forum. Now you simply lack the motivation to cough up over 300 bucks when money is already tight.
