this was like an old mansion converted into seperate parts. they had the basement part of it. Its a weird situation, Im pretty sure somehow they will get something out of it, I just havent heard anything. The other thing is, where do they think all this money is going to come from, the guy is a private owner of this place, LLC, suign the business would shut him down, and bypassing the business and suing him would get them nothing, maybe file negligence against him? Somebody like my brother or me or everyone else in Bmore, it wasnt like a real apt building, like an organized one, that has . But like I said, I think they will get something. I wonder how long it will actually take though.
