WhoSay, I decided to respond in here since I didn't want to derail Flip's thread more than I've already done.

I think I'm moving to Arizona. I still am not 100% sure, and there's even a possibility I will still move to Tampa, but I think I'm headed to AZ. Honestly, I have no prospects anywhere and all nursing clinical programs only accept 50 people a semester so I'll probably have just as good a chance anywhere I move to. It's hard having a B average when only 50 out of 1000 applicants get accepted

Wow, I just don't get why there are not more opportunities for people to get what they need for nursing licensing in light of my impression that there is a shortage of nurses.

At least once you get that out of the way you will be able to get a job anywhere you want.

People that are eligible to teach nursing courses are usually RN's and doctors. Money is much better as a registered nurse or doctor than as a nursing instructor.

I need my masters to become a nurse practitioner, so it is an option but not for a while. I've actually never thought about becoming a anesthesiologist. I didn't even know their typical day would consist of.

I've actually thought about just getting a radiology tech degree just to start actually making some money. I'm so sick of being a waiter
