Dude i saw that!!! pretty crazy... there is something else ON DEMAND for those of you who have comcast all about prison gangs... its pretty interesting/crazy how organized they are even in prison... How they get notes around..how the women communicate with the men, how they order hits, make weapons......

 
I am going to start working out this evening.
Idea is to work out MWF for aprox 2 hours. My goals are flexibility, balance, and endurance. I have no interest in getting strong or losing weight. Any suggestions?
My initial thoughts are that you probably don't need more than an hour. In fact, more than that may be counter productive -- at least at first.

 
Well, I didn't want to be shady and act like I didn't have enough time. The general consensus is 1 hour is enough.
I figure since I have medicine to prevent an issue, I don't want to get tuckered out.
Yeah, if from some of the stuff I have read it seems that if you go over that then you are actually cutting into your recovery -- hence counterproductive.
