Replace the carpet throughout the house, reseed the backyard, refinish the upstairs, repaint the whole house, etc.
Hmmm...if there is that much work involved I'd try shooting for below even that 115 mark, but thats just me. still, the reseeding and the painting are fairly easy if you do it yourself...get ya one of those little seed spreader push things and you can do the whole yard, with fertilizer in like an hour maybe? Painting's cake. replace the carpet...not so much. (Wait till after ya paint ot do this) If you do hardwood, I suggest pergo (I think thats how you spell it?) It's not real wood, but its extremely durable, and does not look cheap. Real wood is pimp, but gets dented and dinged up from normal use, then you gotta refinish it.

Refinishing the upstairs...no idea, too many variables to know how hard that'd be.

List all this stuff and ask for....110, see if they bite. Or if you think you can get away with it, start out with say...108?

You absolutely need to keep some coin in reserve, for unexpected repairs. I had to replace an a/c unit, a drain field, and an entire bathroom in my house before it was all said and done!

I don't mind living in a shanty as things are completed. I am considering hardwood floors but I am rough on things...My folks have pergo and I don't spend much time downstairs because I will fvck it up.

Flip, i got my MDF baffles back today -- I haven't installed them yet but I think this guy nailed it. I was very pleased. He did a lot of extra work that we had either not talked about or I had told him not to worry about that I would do. For example, filling a some gaps we knew would bet there, pre drilling, and he put on several layers of primer and paint. I thought his bill was too low so I gave him an extra 15.

I'd like to see pics if you could. I think a similar approach would be required for the S-10. I found some aftermarket ones in plastic I was going to use as a mold for fiberglasssing if I ever did decide to go back to 6.5s
Sure, if I don't post them byWed remind me about next Tuesday. I think my wife has the camera -- she is out of town right now and we are all going To DC in a few days.

I am required to make a presentation on a pretty complex model. I can skip a bunch, make it somewhat bearable, but then look "normal" or I can make it very complex, people will pay even less attention, but I will be considered "smart." I already have the best grade in the class, but not really sure what to do. Grade won't be affected either way.
There is your answer. Take the easy way while simultaneously giving your classmates a break.
