I turned in my 2weeks. It went suprisingly well. Come to find out, someone else decided to quit today as well, but they only said they'd finish out the week. I still think the 2 week notice was the right way to go, regardless of whether or not they keep me the full 2 weeks, which I don't think they will. I'd be surprised if I came back after Wednesday....

Nice. I got coke in the morning, then maybe again in the afternoon. They have forgotten already that I have school and scheduled me for tomorrow night. Too bad I told them no. I can already tell there is no communication between people.

If you read the trade agreement between Fastimes and I you would see people are filling it up with all sorts of bs and post dumps. why are these people not banned for dumping in my threads. I have a transaction going on and this Team H&K is messing around talking shit to me when he owes me money.I just want to forget I ever did business with the guy and he keeps hounding me.

I am going to look at it tomorrow. If I can get in for $115k plus closing, I may do it. I won't pay more than $118k plus closing.
It is a lot of work though.

I am thinking with $20k in improvements over 5 years, I could easily make money off this thing.

You certainly could...land always goes up, given enough time. I'm a bit confused however, why would it be a lot of work? It seems to have been kept up nice...or do you mean just the house buying process in general? Cause yeah, thats a headache.

Yeah, I prefer leaving on good terms. The ball is in their court now. The boss did mention trying to see if they could cut me loose earlier. Given my position, and the potential for mayhem I can see this as being a sensible course of action.

Replace the carpet throughout the house, reseed the backyard, refinish the upstairs, repaint the whole house, etc.
