It's not really bad on the ported boxes with carpet. But consider you can get a box of nearly equal quality from parts express for $23, I still think he is high on the shipped...for what 20% less weight.

He is way high on the sealed boxes. Much cheaper on the specialty ported boxes.
I enjoy the box building process.

I usually do as well, but my time was limited then and needed to get that thing in. It was worth the dough. The craftsmanship was really top notch. I make do with what I have when building, but really need some different tools to make it better. For one a table saw with much more table area would be really nice.

And the dims you WANT. Mass produced cookie cutters will always be A LOT cheaper than scratch built.
